Payments, refunds and cancellation 付款、退款與取消
Paid services (including Lighthouse community membership) are billed by FortunaVirtu Limited. Prices, billing cycles, refund and cancellation conditions are stated on the respective service site before purchase.
- No automatic renewal. Memberships do not renew automatically and no recurring charge is taken. We remind you before a membership period ends; any renewal requires your own confirmation and a new payment. 本公司不採用自動續費,到期需本人確認。
- 7-day guarantee on first activation. A one-time full refund is available within 7 days of first activation (first activation only).
- Refund handling fees. For payments made through Stripe, refunds are processed under Stripe's own rules (normally back to the original payment method) and any handling fee is borne by us.
